By accessing or using MikeLibrary ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some content requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All novels, chapters, and original content on the Platform are the intellectual property of their respective authors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without explicit permission. Your reading data (progress, ratings, comments) remains associated with your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: abuse, harass, or threaten other users; post spam or misleading content; attempt to access content you have not paid for; scrape or automate access to the Platform; or circumvent any access restrictions.

6. Comments and Suggestions

Comments and text suggestions you submit are public. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms. By submitting a text suggestion, you grant the author the right to use it.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to paid content will cease. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
